This was my second visit, and it exceeded the first! The King suite boasted spaciousness with two bathrooms and a comfortable bed. Nestled on the Boulevard del Rio Cali, it’s a paradise for food lovers. Evenings come alive at the lovely rooftop bar featuring vibrant music. A perfect escape with welcoming staff!

The comfortable beds made nights restful. Location near banks and restaurants offered great access to local spots. Breakfast options felt limited, just the standard menu without room for flexibility. Cleaning could be improved. I faced an issue with dirty sheets not being replaced properly. Staff opened my door by mistake multiple times, which felt intrusive. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs more attention to detail.

The Queen Room with Courtyard View offered a pleasant ambiance and decent space, perfect for enjoying some downtime. Great courtyard views provided a calming escape from the bustling city.

Several intrusive incidents marred the experience, staff opened my door twice during my stay, including once while I was bathing and another at 7:30 AM while I was asleep. The on-site restaurant could benefit from an expanded menu, lacking flexibility for breakfast options.

Not to mention, the breakfast offered at the hotel was pretty decent, with a mix of local flair. The rooftop bar had fantastic views, making for a perfect evening wind-down!
